As the July 2nd hearing of the Site Plan Review Board was winding down, the chairperson (Gary Dugas) and staff (Caroline Segalla) were discussing how the SPRB would proceed once the applicant (St. Martha's Church) was ready to present requested information.

The Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) will reconvene on Tueday, January 19th, to listen to these final minutes of the meeting (as recorded on audio tape) to see if, in fact, the public was left with the impression that they would know about the Board's reconvening and how abutters would be notified.
